Randall Todd Royer Sentenced, CAIR Silent

 

     On April 9^th, 2004, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that Randall Todd Royer, an officer in the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) at the time of his crimes, has been sentenced on Islamist terrorism related charges.

 

     In the Press Release, the DOJ had this to say:  

 

“Royer, 31, pled guilty in January 2004 to a two-count criminal information charging him with aiding and abetting the use and discharge of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, and with aiding and abetting the carrying of an explosive during the commission of a felony. In his plea agreement, Royer admitted to aiding and abetting co-defendants Masoud Khan, Yong Ki Kwon, Muhammed Aatique and Khwaja Mahmoud Hasan in gaining entry to a terrorist training camp in Pakistan operated by Lashkar-e-Taiba, where they trained in the use of various weapons. Royer also admitted to helping co-defendant Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Hamdi gain entry to the Lashkar-e-Taiba camp, where Al-Hamdi received training in the use of a rocket-propelled grenade in furtherance of a conspiracy to conduct military operations against India.”

 

     Royer has been sentenced to 10 years on each count, to run consecutively.  Anti-CAIR is disappointed in the light sentence, but thankful that Royer will not be a terrorist threat to America, or our allies, for at least the next 20 years. 

 

     Once again, another CAIR officer has been convicted on Islamist terrorism related charges…and we hear absolutely nothing from CAIR.

 

    ACAIR observes that if the DOJ continues its successful assault on Islamist terrorism, there may not be enough CAIR officers to run the organization in the future.   

 

Terrorists Threaten Christians / Raise Cash in Mosques

 

      A militant Islamist terror group in the town of Fallujah, Iraq has issued an Easter threat to begin killing Christians and destroying Churches if the US-led coalition does not lift the siege of the city.

 

      According to the story, in WorldNetDaily, the terrorists have threatened to kill American Thomas Hamill, who, according to the terrorist kidnappers, “has been treated as a prisoner, in keeping with the provisions of our tolerant Islamic sharia (law).” 

 

      So, the Islamist terrorists have gone on record saying that they will follow Islamic law, when it suits their purposes, but will disobey the law of their God when it is no longer convenient? 

 

      Where is the outrage from CAIR at this perversion of Islamic law?  Why isn’t CAIR using their good offices to secure the release of this American? 

 

      The terrorists have said, “If this is not heeded with 12 hours starting at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 10, 2004, he will be treated worse than those who were killed and burned in Fallujah.” 

 

      CAIR, always ready to defend militant Islamist terrorism, has absolutely nothing to say to their Islamist brothers in defense of Christian Churches and Christians.  And CAIR is a “Civil Rights Group”? 

 

      Yes, and the Ku Klux Klan is a social club.

 

      In an article posted April 10^th, 2004 in WorldNetDaily, Muslim worshippers handed over cash and jewelry to armed Hamas terrorists in Mosques across Gaza.

 

      CAIR had nothing to say about this strange event.   

 

      We can only conclude that CAIR has no objection to the introduction of armed men into a Mosque and we look forward to CAIR’s support of the entry of Armed Coalition troops into a Mosque in Iraq while searching for Islamist terrorists. 

 

      …or is it ok for armed men to enter Mosques only when they are Islamist terrorists?
