Two Sailors Stationed at Camp Delta, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Detained;  Arrests Imminent.

A confidential source has revealed to ACAIR that two sailors, stationed at Camp Delta, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, have been detained and are expected to be arrested and returned stateside.  The two sailors, one a Mess Management Specialist, the other believed to be working in “communications”, are said to be connected to the case of Capt. Yee, currently being held under investigation for various offenses.

ACAIR does not normally use “confidential” sources, but we feel this information is important as it clearly indicates that the armed forces were caught off guard by the current politically correct atmosphere that pervades the military Chaplain Corps.  We call on our elected leaders to set aside their concerns for the well being of Muslims in the armed forces and get on with the business of protecting our country from the threat of Islamic terror.  This will start with a thorough background check of all Islamic members of the armed forces.

While some may argue that ACAIR is scapegoating all Muslims, we are not.  We welcome the participation of all Americans in our great society and only ask for common sense protections for our members currently serving in the military.

We recognize that the vast majority of Muslims in our country share our American values but we point out that while not all Muslims are terrorists, all the terrorists that
attacked our country on Sept. 11th, 2001, were Muslims and that all the enemy fighters in Iraq killing our troops are Muslim.

When will our leaders act?  How many more American civilians must die?  How many more troops in Iraq will return in body bags before we get an accounting of how the military intends to defend its members from the threat of Islamic terrorism in the ranks?

(Excerpt:)

".....The growing concerns over the magnitude of potential security breaches at Guantánamo came as Pentagon officials said Monday that a Navy sailor who worked at the prison camp was questioned by naval investigators over the weekend and released. They gave no details.

That questioning brought to four the total number of people the military has interrogated in relation to possible espionage at the Cuban detention facility, but a senior military official said about 10 people altogether are under scrutiny...."
