In Defense of the Constitution
Anti-CAIR Message to our friends
September 11, 2003
The time has come, once again, for we Americans
to reflect on the tragedies and triumphs of the past few years…from the attacks
by four aircraft on our country of September 11th, 2001, to the war in Iraq
we have certainly had our lives changed in ways we couldn’t even consider
prior to recent times.
Who would have thought that Islamic terrorists
would commandeer civilian aircraft to attack our country with the express
purpose of terror-murdering innocents? Who would have thought that
our nation’s premier law enforcement agency would allow its “special agents”
to pick and choose those criminals they wish to investigate based on their
religious beliefs?
Who would have thought that we’d not only have,
but we’d protect with our beloved Constitution, groups of people who’s sole
purpose is to destroy our great country while they actually live among
us?
Who are they, dressed in business suits, hair perfectly
coiffed, shoes shined just right, uttering the latest “buzz words” and having
formerly respected news organizations vying to carry their words of condescension
and hatred over the airwaves?
What American can look at a so-called “journalist” on
television interviewing an Islamic terrorist as though they were anything
more than devious cowards without feeling great anger for both the terrorist
and the enabling “journalist”?
Would Americans of 1940 have listened to Edward R. Murrow
if he had interviewed Adolf Hitler to get “the other side of the story”?
No? Why are we Americans so different today? Why are we so different
that we not only listen to these agents of evil, we actually stay up late
to watch them spew their America bashing words and carry the propaganda of
those who will kill us the first chance they get?
At what point do we Americans say “enough”?
At what point do we demand of our President and Congress that they fulfill
their oaths to “protect and defend” our Constitution from ALL enemies, foreign
and domestic?
At what point do we refuse to watch television news programs
glorifying the murdering terrorists living among us? Refuse to buy the magazine
that describes terrorists as “freedom fighters”? Quit listening to radio
programs that blame Americans for the events of September 11th, 2001?
When do we tell our fellow citizens to “get a grip on
reality” when they bash America for standing up for those grand principles
that made us the great nation that we are today?
We of ACAIR ask our readers if they
would take a minute, tomorrow, to reflect for a moment on the events of September
11th, 2001. Then, ask yourself, why do we allow “people” to run free
in our society when they have stated repeatedly that they are actively working
towards converting our society into the very society that spawned the attackers
of 9-11?
Let us all band together and agree that the time
has come to say “no”. “No” to watching terrorist sponsors on television;
listening to them on radio; reading their words in the daily paper.
“No” to listening to them speak at their anti-American
rallies; “No” to associating with them in any way- let us turn our backs on
their approach and not consort with them; let them know by our demeanor that
we know why they are here and that we do not support their cause nor do we
associate with those who do.
Honest discourse is protected by the first amendment
to our Constitution; our right to not listen or read those words is
also protected.
