     CAIR:  All Faiths Are Equal? Since When?

     The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an Islamist hate group Founded by Terrorists, has called GOP presidential candidate Newt Gingrich to task for Gingrich’s refusal to support a Muslim candidate for president if said candidate adhered to Sharia Law. 

     According to CAIR’s National Legislative Director Corey Saylor:

     “Sharia literally means "path," and it is a set of interpretations that are dynamic and intended to accommodate the time, place and laws -- like the U.S. Constitution -- of a particular community. Sharia is interpreted differently based on its surroundings. Sharia mandates Muslims to respect the law of the land in which they live. Many familiar with Islam note that Sharia is similar to Catholic Canon law and Jewish Halacha law.”

     Saylor, presumably an attorney, says that Sharia is dependent on the time, place and host country and is interpreted differently based on its surroundings.

     This is a very interesting comment as it openly displays CAIR’s contempt for the intelligence of the average North American.  What Saylor reveals is that Sharia Law will be imposed to the strictest level it can be dependent on how much it can be applied within the constraints of the host country.  In other words, give Sharia Law an inch and it will take a mile.  

     Saylor goes on to declare: “…Sharia teaches marital fidelity, generous charity and a thirst for knowledge. It includes religious guidelines for praying, fasting, giving charity, helping the needy, feeding the hungry, and caring for the environment.  The last time I checked, that was called freedom of religion and it is all protected by the Constitution.”

     Saylor has already told us is that Sharia Law is situational. He is obviously playing to the non-Muslim audience when he piles on the sugar and hides the stark truth behind CAIR’s real work on behalf of Sharia Law. Lest we forget CAIR's Co-Founder's declaration:

     "Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faiths, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth."

     Saylor’s comments are easily exposed as deceit by a very ugly reality.  Egypt, that bastion of "religious freedom" for all, has willingly tolerated Muslim radicals attacking Christians on a far larger scale than in the recent past.

     What separates Egypt’s foray into open religious violence from the passive violence being put on our laws by the likes of CAIR is that North America still has the means to resist. 

     The proof of CAIR's deceit is shown by CAIR’s refusal to condemn the constant murders of Christians in Egypt by Muslims. What apparently stops CAIR’s Saylor from condemning this religious violence is very easy to explain. The murder of Christians (indeed, all non-Muslims and Muslims who are not extremists) is not only permitted according to Sharia Law, it is mandated by no less than God.

     The truth is that the Christians of Egypt face a stark choice: Convert to Islam, or pay a tax and live under repulsive rules. Or be put to death. 

     The sugar of "Sharia" in North America will swiftly morph to the poison of religious persecution if we are not careful in defending our way of life and Constitution. That's just the way it is.

     The barbarity that is the reality of Sharia Law has no place in civilized nations, Muslim or not.
